JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Gunapriya, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared for the respondents No. 1 to 3. None appeared for the respondent No. 4.

(2.) This matter has been listed for referral to the Special Medication Drive - Mediation 'for the Nation 2.0". It has been submitted at the bar that there is possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute through mediation proceeding. Accordingly, registry is directed to place this matter before the appointed Mediator, Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur, for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement.

(3.) The petitioner and the respondents or any of their duly authorised officer along with their respective counsel are directed to appear before the appointed Mediator on 19/2/2026 at 01:30 P.M.
