JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) It has been submitted at the bar that there is an element of a settlement of the dispute between the parties if this matter is referred for mediation.

(3.) In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, Registry is directed to refer this matter before the appointed Mediator, Mediation Centre of the High Court of Manipur for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute raised in this writ petition.
