JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents.

(2.) The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for directing the respondents to finalize the draft tentative seniority list of the Informatics Officer of the Department of Information Technology, Government of Manipur within a stipulated period.

(3.) The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present petition may be disposed of by issuing a simple direction to the respondents to finalize the said draft tentative seniority list within a short period.
