JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned sr. counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) The MC(Tr.P(Crl.)) No. 3 of 2024 has been filled under Sec. 94 of the BNSS, 2023 for allowing the applicants to file the data sheet/case status showing the proceedings of Special Trial Case No. 46 of 2019 in the Ld. Trial Court (Special Court, NDPS, Manipur) with the following prayers; i. To take notice of the documents filed in connection to the present Transfer Petitioner and thereafter make appropriate order for staying the proceedings of the Ld. Trial Court in Special Trial Case No. 46 of 2019, in the best interest of justice; ii. To pass such other interim orders as seemed just and expedient in the interest of justice.

(3.) As not objected by the learned sr. counsel appearing for the respondent, the prayer of the applicants in MC(Tr.P(Crl.)) No. 3 of 2024 is partly allowed.
