(1.) Heard Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. S. Samarjeet, learned senior panel counsel appearing for respondent No. 3.
(2.) In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and as agreed by the counsel appearing for the parties, the present petitions is disposed of at the motion stage. At the outset, Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to consider the representation dtd. 2/3/2023 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period. Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA and Mr. S. Samajeet, learned senior panel counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in disposing of the present writ petition.

In view of the submissions made above, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commissioner/Secretary (YAS), Government of Manipur and Director, Youth Affairs & Sports Department, Government of Manipur to consider the aforesaid representation dtd. 2/3/2023 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
