JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr.N. Umakanta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Mr.H. Raghumani Singh, learned State counsel and Mr.C. Komol, learned CGSC appear for the respondents. Heard on MC(Review Petn.) No.6 of 2013.

(2.) THIS is an application filed by the applicants/writ petitioners under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning of delay in filing review petition. According to the petitioners, the delay in filing review petition is of 1092 days. The question therefore, that arises for consideration in this review is whether any sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay in filing the review petition or not? Notice of this application was served on the respondents.

(3.) IN view of foregoing discussions, I am of the opinion that no case is made out on facts for condonation of delay in filing the review. The application i.e. MC(WA) No.6 of 2013 is thus liable to be dismissed. It is accordingly, dismissed.
