JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. N. Savitri, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

(2.) By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to the respondents to recommend the name of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Lecturer in Manipuri under the category of PWD (blindness and low vision category).
