JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri M. Hemchandra, learned Sr. Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to consider and dispose of the representation dated 01-05-2020.

(3.) According to the petitioner, a writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 204 of 2020 was disposed of by this court on 21-04-2020 directing the Director General of Police, Manipur to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner therein. While disposing of the said writ petition, it is the case of the petitioner that certain observation has been made by this court.
