JUDGEMENT

(1.) When the matter is taken up today, I heard Mr. Juno Rahman, Ld. counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Y. Ashang, Ld. GA for the respondents.

(2.) When the matter was taken up on 02.09.2020, it was reported by Mr. Juno Rahman that though the writ petition has been filed in the year 2016, no counter affidavit has been filed till date.

(3.) Therefore, Mr. Juno Rahman, Ld. counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to pass order whereas Mr. Y. Ashang, Ld. GA informed this Court that originally Mr. Vashum, Ld. GA was appeared in this case. Now, the matter has been entrusted with Mr. Y. Ashang.
