JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri B.P. Sahu, learned Sr. Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) According to the petitioner, it is a local club registered under the provisions of the Registration of Societies Act.

(3.) The State Government issued an order dated 12-06-2019 by which, various schools have been amalgamated and as per the annexure annexed thereto, there are 237 schools which have been amalgamated. Thereafter, on 02-01-2020 another notification was issued by the Director of Education (S), Government of Manipur and on perusal thereof, it is seen that the order dated 12-06-2019 was considered on the basis of various objections being raised from different quarters and after having considered those objections, the order dated 02-01-2020 was issued.
