(1.) This Court elaborately heard the arguments of both sides, i.e., Mr. L. Sevananda Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner; and Mr. Y. Ashang, Ld. PP and perused the FIR and other documents filed by the petitioner.
(2.) Mr. Y. Ashang, Ld. PP reported that all the offences in respect of Sections 188, 427 and 34 of IPC are bailable and the provision Under Section 25(1-C) of Arms Act has not been described whether it is bailable or non-bailable in the Act.
(3.) Therefore, Mr. Y. Ashang, Ld. PP reported before this Court that this Court may consider about the provision Under Section 25(1-C) of the Arms Act whether it is bailable or non-bailable to enable the Court concerned to decide the provision Under Section 25(1-C) of the Arms Act.
