JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. S. Biswajit Meitei, on behalf of Mr. Jayant Sut, is appearing for the petitioner in this case.

(2.) Mr. S. Biswajit Meitei, Ld. Counsel on behalf of Mr. Jayant Sut and reported that Mr. Jayant Sut was appointed as Additional Solicitor General.

(3.) Therefore, Mr. S. Biswajit Meitei represented before this Court that Mr. Jayant Sut being appointed as Additional Solicitor General, he made request to the DGP of the concerned department for appearing as a counsel for the petitioner in this case as private counsel and the permission is yet to be decided.
