(3.) Since Mr. K. Jagat, learned GA has appeared on behalf of the respondents No. 1 and 2, no formal notice is required in respect of the 2(two) respondents. Petitioner is to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No. 3 by speed post as well as by way of dasti within 1(one) week.
