(1.) Heard Mr. Th. Ibohal, Ld. Senior counsel for the petitioner; also Mr. H. Samarjit, Ld. PP for the Respondents and perused the records.

(2.) After elaborate argument from Mr. Th. Ibohal, Ld. Senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. H. Samarjit, Ld. PP states that he has received the paper only today and there is no instruction from the Respondent Police.

(3.) Therefore, Mr. H. Samarjit, Ld. PP seeks time till 08.06.2020 (Monday) for getting instructions and filing objection.
