JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

(2.) This is an application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Khaparakhol Case P.S. Case No.184 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 973 of 2025 pending in the file of SDJM, Patnagarh, being charge sheeted for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 85/115(2)/108 of BNS, on the main allegation of abetting commission of suicide of his wife by subjecting her to torture and cruelty by assaulting her.
