JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the shop owners/shop keepers of the Arunodaya Market Complex and Golden Jubilee Market Complex approached authority concerned on 23/9/2025 vide Annexure-11with a request not to demolish the structures, which would affect their livelihood.

(2.) At this stage, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State seeks accommodation to file response.

(3.) Issue notice to the opposite parties.
