(1.) This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(3.) The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Special Case (NDPS) No.112 of 2023 arising out of Boudh P.S. Case No.267 dtd. 26/7/2023 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Boudh, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Ss. 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, has filed this petition for his release on bail.
