(3.) The petitioner is in custody in connection with Balangir Town P.S. Case No.570 of 2023 corresponding to Spl. G.R. Case No. 87 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Balangir for the alleged commission of offence under Ss. 21(c)/29 of IPC.
