JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

(2.) The appellant in the present writ appeal has put to challenge an order dtd. 8/1/2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(C) No.31472 of 2023.

(3.) The short facts of the case are that the appellant had contested the election for the post of Sarpanch of Pailipada Gram Panchayat and he was the returned candidate. The election result was declared on 2/3/2022.
