JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the second application of the petitioner under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. in this Court in connection with Kabisuryanagar P.S. Case No.437 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 428 of 2023 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Kabisuryanagar under Ss. 387, 341, 326, 307, 506, 34 of IPC read with Sec. 25 (1-B) (b) 25 (6) and 27 (1) of Arms Act.

(2.) The earlier application i.e. BLAPL No. 11111 of 2023 filed by the petitioner and co-accused persons had been rejected on 12/10/2023 granting liberty to the petitioner to move for bail afresh after submission of chargesheet. The order reveals that the petitioner has 12 other criminal antecedents.

(3.) The F.I.R. details match of the Registry indicates that BLAPL No. 109 of 2024 filed by a co-accused is pending.
