JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed in connection with Kabisuryanagar P.S.Case No.437 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.428 of 2023, now pending for trial in the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kodala inS.T. Case No. 198 of 2023 against the petitioner and other accused persons for alleged commission of offences under Ss. 387/341/326/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. read with Sec. 25(1-B)(b)/25(6)/27(1) of the Arms Act.

(2.) This application has been listed before me as BLAPL No. 11111 of 2023 had been disposed of by me on 12/10/2023.

(3.) On 29/4/2024, Mr. A. N. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that co-accused Pradyumna Mallick @ Pradip had been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in BLAPL No. 9932 of 2023 on 20/12/2023.
