JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

(2.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Party. Perused the materials placed before this Court.

(3.) The present bail application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for regular bail in connection with Special POCSO case No. 01 of 2024, arising out of Banarpal P.S. case No. 7 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act., Angul for alleged commission of offence punishable under Ss. 376 (2) (n), 376 (3), 450 of I.P.C. and Sec. 4 (2) 6 (1) of POCSO Act.
