JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. Perused the materials placed before this Court.

(3.) This is an application under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner for bail in connection with Patnagarh P.S.Case No.14 of 2024 corresponding to G.R.Case No.58 of 2024 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh for alleged commission of offence under Ss. 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
