JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been listed on Special Notice as mention was made in the first hour by Mr. M.S. Hassan, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner wants to appear in the 6th Semester Examination in Civil Engineering Diploma course which commences from tomorrow i.e. 8/5/2024.

(2.) This is the second application of the petitioner under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. in this Court for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Puintala P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No. 74 of 2023 pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Balangir registered under Sec. 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

(3.) BLAPL No. 14063 of 2023 filed earlier by the petitioner had been disposed of on 15/12/2023 granting him interim bail for a period of two weeks to enable him to appear in the 5th Semester Civil Engineering examination.
