(2.) At the instance of the opposite party no.2, the FIR dtd. 25/8/2023 in connection with Harichandanpur P.S. Case No.119 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.581/2023 under Ss. 341/294/323/506 of IPC has been registered against the petitioner.

(3.) On the advanced notice, Mr. Manoj Kumar Pati learned counsel appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 and filed Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.
