JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON 8.1.2013 the following order was passed: -

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will liquidate the entire outstanding amount by selling the property under a tripartite settlement, subject to such settlement being approved by the opposite party.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , we dispose of this petition with a direction that if the petitioner offers to pay the entire amount by arranging a buyer, the opposite party may facilitate the said transaction, subject to the entire amount being directly paid to the opposite party.
