JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(3.) The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Kalimela P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 corresponding to T.R. Case No.74 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Malkangiri registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sec. 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of the NDPS Act, has filed this petition for his release on bail.
