JUDGEMENT

The petitioners have filed these writ petitions challenging the order dtd. 31/5/2019 under Annexure-12 passed by the Commissioner -cum- Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha in rejecting the claim for regularization of their services in the posts of Junior Assistant in Sambalpur University (hereafter, in short, 'University').
