JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The Petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.180 of 2023 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Balliguda, arising out of Tikabali P.S. Case No.45 of 2023 for commission of the offence under Ss. 366/376(2)(n)/312/313/417 IPC.

(3.) Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Balliguda, by order dtd. 19/7/2023 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.
