JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dtd. 27/10/2022 made by the Tahsildar in Mutation Case no.8390 of 2022 and direction for, in effect, causing mutation in the record.

(2.) Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner had obtained leave on earlier occasion to file additional affidavit. He files it with copy to Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State.
