JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dtd. 30/11/2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. (R), Balasore in C.T. Case No.515 of 2021 arising out of Khantapada P.S. Case No.169 of 2021 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance of offences punishable under Ss. 143/147/149/457/380/427/435/34 of I.P.C. read with Ss. 3 and 4 of the PDPP Act against the petitioner and others.

(2.) Mr.S.Hota, learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not want to press this application, for which, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo has been filed in Court today. The same be kept on record.

(3.) Considering the above submissions and the contents of memo filed, the CRLMC application is dismissed, as withdrawn.
