JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Intra Court Appeal has been filed challenging the order dtd. 5/4/2022 of the learned Single Judge passed in W.P. (OAC) No.2477 of 2014 dismissing the petition filed by the appellant, who is at present working as Professor and Head of the Department, Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack.

(2.) The writ petition, W.P.(OAC) No.2477 of 2014 was registered before this Court after the Original Application filed on 14/8/2014 before the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack was transferred to this Court upon abolition of the learned Tribunal.

(3.) Heard Mr. B. Pradhan, learned counsel for appellant and Mr. P.K.Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Respondents No. 1 to 5.
