JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The Petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.75 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Nabarangpur, arising out of Kodinga P.S. Case No.114 of 2022 for commission of the offence under Ss. 341/147/148/447/323/ 307/302/149 IPC.

(3.) Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Nabarangpur, by order dtd. 29/5/2023 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.
