JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Behera, learned counsel submits that he has entered appearance on behalf of the Informant by filing vakalatanama. Registry is requested to tag the same in the file and reflect the name in the file and cause list.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the Informant.

(3.) The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.448 of 2023, pending before the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Balasore, arising out of Basta P.S. Case No.190 of 2023 for alleged commission of offences under Ss. 498-A/304-B/506/34 IPC.
