(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State.

(3.) The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.957 of 2022, pending before the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur, arising out of Salipur P.S. Case No.323 of 2022.
