JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

(2.) This is an application U/S 24 of the C.P.C. by the petitioner-wife seeking for transfer of the proceeding instituted by her O.P.-husband against her in MAT Case no. 72 of 2023 pending in the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar titled as 'Nirnimesh Pattnaik vs. Suchismita Pattnaik' to the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Anandapur for disposal in accordance with law.

(3.) Mr. S. Samal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for O.P.- husband jointly submit that the proceeding may kindly be transferred to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Anandapur.
