JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate.

(2.) This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to disburse the enhanced differential arrear dues of Rs. 300/- per month from 01.04.2011 till payment of full legitimate Old Age Pension amount of Rs. 500/- each month as Government have decided to pay the beneficiaries, who have completed 80 years of age as on 01.04.2011.

(3.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have filed a representation before the Collector, Balasore-opposite party No. 1 on 07.01.2013 highlighting their grievance, no action has been taken as yet.
