JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel. While releasing the petitioner on bail, learned S.D.J.M.-in-charge, Berhampur in G.R. Case No. 768 of 2012 has bound the petitioner with the condition inter alia that the petitioner shall appear in person before the Court till disposal of the case.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is a Government servant there is no chance of his absconding. Further it is submitted that the petitioner being a Government servant it is not possible on the part of the petitioner to appear in person on each date till disposal of the case.

(3.) Regard being had to the averments made and submissions advanced, the aforesaid condition is waived, other conditions remaining the same. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
