JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRLMC No. 3754 of 2022 and I.A. No. 2918 of 2022 This application under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dtd. 22/11/2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Balangir in Criminal Revision No. 03 of 2022 setting aside the order dtd. 10/8/2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Loisingah in C.M.C. No. 12 of 2022 by which order the learned J.M.F.C. had directed for release of tractor bearing registration no. OR-03-V-0323 and trolley bearing registration no. OD-03-D-8762.

(2.) Issue notice to sole opposite party in the CRLMC as well as in the I.A.
