JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Sanganeria, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dtd. 9/11/2021, by which the application under sec. 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was rejected. He submits, his client had prayed for interim measure to look after management and business affairs in the property allotted to his client by the award. In the alternative his client prayed for appointment of receiver to run the tailoring shop in said property.

(2.) It appears from impugned judgment, inter alia, the award was passed on 24/6/2016 and the petition for interim measure, filed on 10/5/2018, but no steps taken in execution.

(3.) Issue notice along with this order on respondent. Petitioner will put in requisites.
