(3.) The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.98 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon, arising out of Odagaon P.S. Case No.61 of 2022, for commission of offences under Ss. 363/366/109/34 of IPC.
