(3.) This is an application under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner K. Chandra Reddy in connection with Chatrapur P.S. Case No.541 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.922 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur for alleged commission of offence under Sec. 457/342/376(2)(n)/294/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
