JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. He submits, his clients are street vendors. They earlier moved co-ordinate Bench of this Court by W.P.(C) no.2567 of 2020, disposed of by order dtd. 3/2/2020, directing consideration of their claims.

(2.) He submits, by impugned order dtd. 19/10/2022 their claims were rejected. He seeks interference by reliance on Sec. 3 and 6 in Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.
