(3.) The Petitioner is in custody since 27/10/2021 in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.571/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2369/2021 pending in the court of learned S.J.M., Kendrapara, for the alleged commission of the offence under Ss. 420/379/467 of I.P.C.
