(3.) The petitioner is accused in EOW-CID, CB P.S. Case No.12 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.3832 of 2022, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, under Ss. 406/420/467/468/471/120-B of IPC.
