(3.) The petitioner is in custody since 21/9/2021 in connection with Gunupur P.S. Case No.140/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.274/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Gunupur for the alleged commission of the offence under Ss. 25(1-A), 25(8) and 29 of the Arms Act.
