JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

(2.) The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Industrial (NISA) P.S. Case No.265 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.975 of 2021 on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Chhendipada running for commission of offence under Sec. 341/294/323/307/34 of the IPC, has filed this application under sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
