JUDGEMENT

(2.) The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.37 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.33 of 2020 on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur running for commission of offence under Sec. 66(C)/67/67(A) of I.T. Act, has filed this application under sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
