JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim has already been examined and he will file the certified copy of the statement of the victim after serving a copy of the same on the learned counsel for the State.

(3.) Since one of the offences is under sec. 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, let an extra copy of the bail application be served on the learned counsel for the State, who shall send the same to the Inspector in-charge of Air Field Police Station and it will be served on the informant in Air Field P.S. Case No.197 of 2019 intimating her that the matter will be taken up in the week commencing 12/12/2022 and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
