(3.) The Petitioners are in custody since 29/11/2021 in connection with Itamati P.S. Case No.178/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.675/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh for the alleged commission of the offence under Ss. 392/34 of I.P.C.
